Are You Cooking The Nutrition Out Of Your Food?

How you prepare your food has a direct relationship to how much nutrition it can provide.  We now steam or bake  most of our foods.  They do not show baking in the comparison below but I would suspect it should be similar to steaming as the vegetables are not sitting in water or being bombarded by microwaves.

So to derive the most nutrition –  lightly Steam your veggies, failing that baking would be my next choice.
