Dehydration plays a huge role in how well your body functions. No pill or potion can add more water to your body, only you can – SO DRINK UP! MAKE WATER THE DRINK OF CHOICE IN YOUR WORLD.. Many things we drink actually dehydrate the body even further such as most coffees and sodas. If you don’t like the taste of water, add a slice or 2 of fresh lemon or lime.
How does water help you lose weight?
1- Water suppresses your appetite
2- Water aids digestion, keeps away bloating and feeling tired
3- Water keeps the body from retaining water
4- Water helps tell your body, so you know if you are feeling hunger or thirst
5- Water flushes the toxins out of your body
