Excellent Daily Tonic Recipe to prevent colds and flu if taken daily. Always use fresh Lemons to get the full benefit. Each Ingredient is a powerhouse individually but when combined are an even more formidable Immune Booster. Add a good Vitamin D3 in significant dosages and you are setting yourself up to cruise through the winter cold and flu season.

This is really easy to prepare. I put every thing but the fresh lemon and warm water in a large cup in the evening. In the morning, while my water is heating I juice hafl a lemon. Always use Local Raw Honey.
