WD40 – 2000 Uses – Gods Gift to Women! Sorry Guys you just got 1 UP’D.

2000 different uses,  seriously, who knew  – link below.

A friend sent me the following e-mail that lists 40 uses. Before I pass anything on I check it out. The WD40 website lists 2000 uses. What amazed me are the number that solve some of the more stubborn house and laundry problems.

I stole hubby’s new can from the garage ( it’s kinds empty now OOP’s …..)

The patio door isn’t sticking. The grand-baby’s crayon marks are really gone now. The gum grandpa let her have no longer adorns my favorite Chenille scarf. The glass shower doors slide smoothly and the glass is shiny clean.  I look forward to not having to wash water spot residue for some time to come and the ceramic tile in front of the fireplace and the fireplace widow look awesome. Did bit of the laminate floor too…..looks really good.

Next time he wants to pick up the 3 pack, I’ll put it in the cart for him.

I am sold! Why did nobody ever tell me about this stuff! And you can buy it by the gallon!

Okay Spring, I am ready for you now!

Downside – It kinda stinks but with the windows open it clears out. I can handle that.

Here is that e-mail I received and the links…………… Thanks Louis.

didn’t know WD-40 could be used for all of this…pretty neat

I had a neighbor who had bought a new van. I got up very early one Sunday morning and saw that some vandal had spray painted red all around the sides of this white van.
I went over and told him the bad news. He was very upset and was trying to work out what to do, probably nothing until Monday morning, since nothing was open.

Another neighbor came out and told him to get some WD-40 and clean it off. It removed the unwanted paint beautifully and did not harm the paint that was on the van.
I’m impressed!  WD-40 – how did someone work out it would do that?

‘Water Displacement No.40’ The product began from a search for rust preventative solvent and degreaser to protect missile parts. WD-40 was created in 1953 by three technicians
at the San Diego Rocket Chemical Company. Its name comes from the project that was to find a ‘water displacement’ compound. They were successful with the fortieth formulation,
thus WD-40. The Convair Company bought it in bulk to protect their atlas missile parts.

Ken East (one of the original batch mixers for many years) says  It’s the first thing that has ever cleaned that spotty shower screen. If yours is plastic, it works just as well as on glass. It’s a miracle! Then try it on your cooker top …. Kazamm! It’s now shinier than it’s ever been. You’ll be amazed.
